Strategic Sales Director North Europe

- Job Overview: In this role, you will lead the sales efforts for Utility and Renewables segments in the North Zone, developing and executing strategic plans to drive growth and profitability.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement short, medium, and long-term strategic and tactical plans to support zone growth.
- Lead and direct sales professionals, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to meet their targets.
- Manage the sales activities within the country/zone to meet agreed budget targets.
- Ensure the reliable forecasting and clear reporting for the country/zone.
- Enable cross-departmental cooperation, leading the country/zone towards achievements of the global strategic goals.
- Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in sales and business management.
- Good understanding of the electrical industry, preferably Utility and Renewables segments.
- Strong leadership skills, with experience in managing and developing teams.
- Solid skills in writing and executing strategic sales plans and effective sales proposals.
