Voyage Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Support Worker to join our team in Melksham. As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with autism, complex needs, and challenging behaviors to achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives.

As a member of our residential service team, you will work closely with the Manager to ensure the highest standards of care and support are delivered. Your expertise and experience will be invaluable in helping our colleagues grow in confidence and supporting individuals to gain independence in their daily lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support individuals with autism, complex needs, and challenging behaviors to achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives.
  • Work closely with the Manager to ensure the highest standards of care and support are delivered.
  • Allocate shifts, book training, and induct new colleagues.
  • Support with supervision, ordering medication, and ensuring individuals are supported to manage their finances.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience as a Senior Support Worker.
  • A Level 3 in Health & Social Care.
  • Experience working with individuals with autism, complex needs, and challenging behaviors.
