  • Support individuals with their daily lives, helping them to gain independence and achieve their goals.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans, ensuring that individuals receive person-centered support.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a positive and supportive team environment.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Senior Support Worker or in a similar leadership role.
  • Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care or a related field.
  • Experience working with individuals with autism, complex needs, and challenging behaviors.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
