As a Social & Emotional Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing emotional support and guidance to children with SEMH needs, working closely with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement individualized plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide emotional support and guidance to children with SEMH needs
  • Work closely with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement individualized plans
  • Support children in developing their self-esteem, achieving personal targets, and developing an enthusiasm for learning
  • Utilize a variety of teaching methods to present engaging lessons and CPD sessions

Requirements:

  • Experience working with children with SEND/SEMH needs
