We are excited to offer an exciting opportunity for a Neighbourhood Mental Health Team Member to join our team in East Sussex. As a key member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing intensive support and interventions to individuals with complex mental health needs, ensuring they receive care and treatment in their own homes and avoiding hospital admissions.
About the Role:- Working collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary team to develop and deliver community-based services
- Providing intensive support and interventions to individuals with complex mental health needs
- Collaborating with local service providers to ensure seamless care transitions and effective partnership working
The ideal candidate will have significant post-qualifying experience in the relevant care group, a strong understanding of clinical governance, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be rewarded with a competitive salary of £**£43,041 - £61,810**, depending on experience, and access to regular training and personal development opportunities.
