Mental Health Specialist

We are seeking highly skilled professionals to deliver quality-driven mental health services.
This exciting opportunity is to join our team as a Band 6 Urgent Care Practitioner in the Community Response and Home Treatment Team (CRHTT), working closely with acute mental health hospital and community teams to support people in a mental health crisis.
As a CRHT practitioner, you will work on a rota basis, providing 7-day week coverage, 365 days per year.
Main Duties:- You will utilize your excellent clinical skills and judgment to assess individual needs and risks.
- You will demonstrate an understanding of clinical interventions relevant to the care group, including education, care plans, and supportive discharge planning.
- You will work compassionately and creatively to identify therapeutic and evidence-based outcomes and care plans for people experiencing a crisis in their mental health.
- You will work closely with carers, families, and partner agencies to facilitate and promote the safety and well-being of service users and their families/carers.
- You will work collaboratively across the urgent care services, responsible for supportive discharge assessments and participating in multi-agency meetings.

The salary for this position is £45,753 - £55,760 per annum.
