Strategic Customer Liaison

We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Engagement Lead to join our team at BioCatch, a leader in Behavioral Biometrics. As a key member of our Solutions organization, you will work closely with top-tier customers to drive the adoption and utilization of our cutting-edge solution.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of post-sales consulting experience in the cyber security, fraud, payments or technology space, working with top-tier customers. You will possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and write in English.
A Bachelor's degree from a STEM subject or quantitative discipline is required, with strong candidates from other disciplines also considered. You will be an expert-level consultant with the ability to collaborate and explore options, using active listening skills to understand client needs.
This role will involve managing risks to the efficacy of the BioCatch solution for our most strategic customers, as well as providing strategic oversight for project teams to ensure adherence to schedules and scope.
Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
