Resident Liaison and Community Support Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Resident Liaison Officer to join our team in Nottingham. As a Resident Liaison Officer, you will be based at one of our sites and may be required to travel to other locations when the project is complete.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to tenants in their homes, ensuring all planned works, queries, and complaints are dealt with in a timely manner.
- Develop strong relationships with residents, promoting a positive community spirit and addressing any concerns or issues that arise.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless communication and effective problem-solving.
- Conduct regular site visits, maintaining open lines of communication and monitoring progress against key performance indicators.
Requirements:
- A full UK driving licence and access to a car for travel between properties.
- An up-to-date CSCS card or willingness to apply.
- Excellent communication skills, with experience in a customer-facing role.
What We Offer:
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £14.59 per hour, paid until the end of March 2025. This contract position offers a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic team, develop your skills, and make a real difference in the lives of our residents.
