Join Our Team as a Field and Partner Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Field and Partner Marketing Manager to join our team at Recorded Future. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing field marketing programs that drive pipeline growth and support our sales team in EMEA.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with EMEA field sales, corporate marketing, digital marketing, and channel teams to develop and execute field marketing programs that accelerate pipeline growth.
  • Communicate and educate the sales team on new and planned marketing activities to ensure alignment and success.
  • Research, design, and manage live field and partner events to drive engagement and conversion.
  • Implement a targeted account strategy to support account-based selling and drive qualified leads.
  • Work with the marketing team to produce marketing assets for field marketing events and ensure a cohesive brand experience.
  • Maintain a tight interlock and collaboration with the EMEA BDR team to yield qualified leads through the funnel.
Requirements:
  • Experience driving field marketing efforts for a high technology, B2B organization, preferably in the cybersecurity industry.
  • Native fluency in English and German as an additional language would be an advantage.
  • In-depth understanding of demand generation and marketing strategies across EMEA.
  • Strong marketing budget management skills.
  • Experience with key marketing and sales tools, including SFDC and HubSpot.
