Job Title: EMEA Field Marketing Director

At Optimizely, we're on a mission to empower businesses to unlock their digital potential. As our EMEA Field Marketing Director, you'll play a critical role in driving regional marketing plans that align corporate demand generation programs with the budgets, capabilities, and skills of our top partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute regional marketing strategies that drive pipeline coverage and exceed targets
  • Collaborate with field sales leaders to ensure local execution and feedback to corporate campaign leaders
  • Lead account-based marketing initiatives with target accounts and customers
  • Build and maintain relationships with sales, SDR, and marketing leadership to drive marketing strategy and lead movement through the sales funnel
  • Work with cross-functional teams to support regional programs and resources
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in high technology B2B enterprise software marketing
  • Excellent collaboration and influencing skills
  • Ability to drive multiple initiatives simultaneously and execute flawlessly in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical skills and proven ability to use data to analyze pipeline performance and optimize campaigns
