Job Title: Airport Property Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Airport Property Account Manager to join our team at ERSG Holdings Ltd. As a key member of our Retail and Property department, you will play a crucial role in maximizing sales, compliance, and passenger experience from all Retail and Property demises and commercial services in the terminal.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Retail/Property Business Partners to drive sales and compliance
  • Support the category team to achieve improvement targets
  • Manage information to drive reliable and accessible data
  • Assist with fire safety compliance and assurance of contractual tenancy obligations
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Qualifications/experience in fire safety, health and safety, risk management, facilities management/compliance, contractual compliance, business management, and/or experience of working in a property environment
  • Understanding of airport operations and experience of working with teams to achieve improvement targets
  • Effective communication skills, written and verbal
  • Strong Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills
