Job Title: Accounts Executive

ERSG Ltd is seeking a skilled Accounts Executive to join our team. As an Accounts Executive, you will work closely with Retail/Property Business Partners and support the category team to maximize sales, compliance, and passenger experience from all Retail and Property demises and commercial services in the terminal.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create purchase orders and assist with client/customer audits
  • Assist with risk assessments and perform basic administrative duties
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Support fire safety compliance, assurance of contractual tenancy obligations, and management of information to drive reliable and accessible data
Requirements:
  • Qualifications/experience in fire safety, health and safety, risk management, facilities management/compliance, contractual compliance, business management, and/or experience working in a property environment
  • Understanding of airport operations and experience working with teams to achieve improvement targets
  • Effective communication skills, written and verbal, to enable reporting and presenting to 3rd parties, internal stakeholders, and business partners
  • Analytical and data management skills
  • Strong Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills
