Job Title: Property Executive

Join ERSG Ltd as a Property Executive and contribute to the success of our Retail and Property Business Partners. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to maximize sales, compliance, and passenger experience from all Retail and Property demises and commercial services in the terminal.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the category team to drive sales and compliance from Retail and Property demises and commercial services.
  • Assist with fire safety compliance, assurance of contractual tenancy obligations, and management of information to drive reliable and accessible data.
  • Support process improvement from the planning stage to implementation, focusing on Retail and Property sustainability.
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including Retail Account Managers, Property Asset Managers, Heathrow's Health & Safety team, and tenants.
Qualifications and Experience:

We are looking for candidates with qualifications and experience in one of the following fields: fire safety, health and safety, risk management, facilities management/compliance, contractual compliance, business management, and/or experience of working in a property environment.

Essential qualifications include an understanding of airport operations and the ability to undergo successful training and development.
