Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounts Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with Retail/Property Business Partners and supporting the category team to maximize sales, compliance, and passenger experience from all Retail and Property demises and commercial services in the terminal.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Creation of Purchase Orders
  2. Assistance with client/customer audits
  3. Assistance with Risk Assessments
  4. Performance of basic administrative duties
  5. Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have qualifications/experience in one of the following fields: Fire safety, health and safety, risk management, facilities management/compliance, contractual compliance, business management, and/or experience of working in a property environment.

Essential qualifications include:

  1. Understanding of airport operations and experience of working with teams to achieve improvement targets
  2. Experience working with Heathrow systems such as Airsweb, Heathrow Maps Live, Maximo, and Documentum
  3. Effective communication skills, written and verbal, to enable reporting and presenting to 3rd parties, internal stakeholders, and business partners
  4. Analytical and data management skills
  5. Strong Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills
