Construction Professional with Varied Skills

Niyaa People Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Construction Professional with Varied Skills to join their dynamic team in Hampshire. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality work in customers' homes, utilising your expertise in various trades such as plastering, drylining, and plaster-boarding, wall tiling and laying vinyl flooring, bricklaying and rendering, and general building and maintenance.
The ideal candidate will have NVQ or equivalent in general building, or significant hands-on experience in related trades. Your ability to identify issues and specify materials required for resolutions will be essential in this role. You should also possess excellent communication skills to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and be comfortable using a PDA for managing workloads and communication.
