About the Role
As a Construction Fitter at Sparsholt College Group, you will be responsible for supporting the Construction department in a practical and creative manner. The ideal candidate will have a qualification in a relevant subject or industry experience, strong practical skills, and a passion for assisting in the development of young people.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with the Carpentry, Electrical, and Brick teams in our modern facility.
  • Maintain a safe working environment.
  • Support the development of young people.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around £28,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include access to a pension scheme, occupational maternity pay scheme, employee assistance scheme, on-site gym, and more.
