Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled tradesperson to join our Construction team as a Construction Fitter. In this role, you will work closely with the Carpentry, Electrical, and Brick teams to maintain a safe working environment and support the development of young people.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the construction team to ensure the smooth operation of the department.
  • Develop and maintain a safe working environment that meets all health and safety standards.
  • Provide guidance and support to young people in their learning and development.

The salary range for this position is approximately £25,500 - £27,500 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. Additional benefits include access to an on-site gym, employee assistance program, and more.
