Regional Admiral Nurse Specialist

Signature Senior Lifestyle Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Admiral Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our care delivery team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting Dementia Care Managers in the operational delivery of the My Life Strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct specialist nursing assessments and provide evidence-based interventions, practical advice, and emotional support to families of people with dementia, care team members, and individuals themselves.
- Assist Dementia Care Managers in delivering the My Life Strategy, ensuring a high standard of dementia care across our homes.
- Develop and deliver educational programs for care home team members and families living with dementia, enhancing the skills and competencies of the care team.
- Participate in the development, evaluation, and audit of this specialist area of practice.
- Offer bereavement support at all stages to ensure comprehensive care for families and residents.
Professional Development:
You will have the opportunity to access relevant courses and develop professionally, guided by the Admiral Nurse Competency Framework. This framework will help you maintain and strengthen your clinical expertise as a specialist nurse in dementia care.
What Signature Offers:
- Competitive hourly rate of £22.00 - £25.00 per hour (£45,000 - £52,000 per annum based on 40 hours per week)
