Job Overview: A leading industrial machinery manufacturer seeks an ambitious National Sales Manager to join their expanding UK team. This exciting opportunity will allow you to build and strengthen business relationships, identify new opportunities, and achieve sales targets.

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities
* Represent the company at industry events and exhibitions
* Provide exceptional customer service and support

**Requirements:**
* Proven sales experience in the construction or recycling industry
* Commercially astute with strong relationship-building skills
* Technical knowledge of heavy plant machinery and its applications
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience

**Benefits:**
* Competitive salary: £45,000 - £70,000 basic + uncapped OTE
* Company car, fuel card, and pension scheme
* 29 days holiday rising to 33 after 4 years' service

**Location:** Based in the Luton, Oxford, or Cambridge areas, with frequent travel throughout the UK and Ireland.
