Job Title: National Sales Director - Capital Machinery
We are seeking an experienced National Sales Director to join our rapidly expanding team at a world-renowned manufacturer of Industrial recycling machinery. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- DEVELOPING AND EXECUTING SALES STRATEGIES TO DRIVE REVENUE GROWTH
- BUILDING AND STRENGTHENING EXISTING BUSINESS RELATIONSHIPS
- IDENTIFY NEW BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES
Salary: £45,000 - £70,000 basic highly competitive uncapped OTE offering huge earning potential, plus Company Car, fuel card, Pension, health care and Life insurance
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in sales leadership, with experience selling heavy plant machinery within the construction industry. They will be commercially astute, able to nurture relationships over long sales cycles, and possess a deep understanding of the "Value Sell".
Benefits include 40 hours per week, 29 days holiday including bank holidays rising to 33 after 4 years' service, regular staff meals and social events, quarterly company-wide town hall meetings, employee of the quarter award, and continued professional development and career progression.
