Job Title: Behaviour Support Assistant

">

We are seeking an experienced Behaviour Support Assistant to join our team at one of our partner schools in Lincoln. As a Behaviour Support Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and other support staff to provide one-to-one and small group support to students with special educational needs (SEN).

About the Role

  • Support the work of the school and develop an in-depth understanding of the school's aims and ethos.
  • Support children in participating in activity groups for children with special educational needs, mainly Social, Emotional and Mental Health issues.
  • Aid in the implementation of 1:1 behavioural intervention programmes to children with Autism, other developmental delays, or SEN.
  • Observe, work with, and record students' behaviour.
  • Follow lesson plans and activities.
  • Maintain an excellent standard of educational support.
  • Act professionally at all times.
