Job Title: Youth Care Professional

iPeople Solutions seeks a dedicated and empathetic Youth Care Professional to join our team in South Lincolnshire, supporting vulnerable children and their families.

The ideal candidate will possess strong assessment and communication skills, allowing them to create personalized support plans for children and families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments of children and young people, identifying their needs and developing targeted support strategies.
  • Collaborate with parents, carers, and other agencies to ensure effective service delivery and achieve the best possible outcomes for children.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including schools, health professionals, and community organizations.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Social Work or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience working with children and families in a social work setting.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Remuneration:
