Job Description:

As a Senior Care Assistant, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of care workers to provide exceptional care to our residents. You will work closely with our residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure that our residents receive the highest level of care.

About the Job:

  • Work with a dedicated team of care workers to provide personalized support to residents.
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring that all relevant information is up-to-date and accessible.
  • Attend regular meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date with best practice and new developments in the field.

What You Will Need:

  • NVQ 3 / MA L3 in Health and Social Care or working towards it.
  • Previous experience as a senior in a Residential Care or Nursing Home.
  • A passion for elderly care and experience with medication administration.

Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this role is £29,500 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a range of benefits, including a supportive and inclusive working environment, opportunities for progression, and paid holiday and flexible working opportunities.
