About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Night Support Worker in various locations. This role requires you to work every other weekend on a full-time contract.

Salary and Benefits

The advertised salary for this position is based on a full-time contract, with a starting rate of £12.91 - £13.64 per hour. Additionally, you will be eligible for a 6% Attendance Loyalty Bonus. Furthermore, Home From Home Care has implemented a £1 per hour pay increase when working between 22:00pm Friday to 7:00am Monday.

Key Responsibilities

As a Night Support Worker, your primary duties will include providing care and support to our clients during nighttime hours. You will be responsible for ensuring their safety, well-being, and comfort while also maintaining a high level of professionalism and discretion.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should be able to work independently, make sound judgments, and maintain confidentiality. A valid DBS check and first aid certification are also required.
