Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Social Worker to join our team as a Child Protection Lead Practitioner. The successful candidate will have a strong background in child protection and be able to manage a diverse caseload of complex cases. They will also provide expert guidance and support to colleagues, contributing to the overall effectiveness of the team.

  • Collaboration with external partners, including other agencies and stakeholders, is essential to coordinate comprehensive support for families.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills are required to chair meetings and engage confidently with a range of stakeholders to advocate for the needs of children and families.
  • As a member of a cohort of Child Protection Lead Practitioners, the successful candidate will be supported by a strategic lead.
