We are seeking experienced Social Workers to join our newly developed, specialised role as Child Protection Lead Practitioners. This opportunity offers remarkable career advancement and the chance to shape our approach in supporting families.
Key Responsibilities:- Holding and managing a diverse caseload of complex child protection cases, ensuring appropriate interventions and support are provided.
- Providing expert guidance and support to colleagues, contributing to their professional development and the overall effectiveness of the team.
- Collaborating with external partners, including other agencies and stakeholders, to coordinate comprehensive support for families.
- Chairing meetings and engaging confidently with a range of stakeholders to advocate for the needs of children and families.
- Being part of a cohort of Child Protection Lead Practitioners supported by a strategic lead.
- A competitive salary of £43,137 - £50,745 per annum, depending on experience.
- 5 CPD days to enhance your skills and further your career.
- PA support to free up time for professional practice.
- A thorough and supportive induction to enable you to feel confident and knowledgeable in your role.
- Nine-day fortnight working schedule.
- Flexible working arrangements, including hybrid devices and mobile phones.
- Help with relocation of up to £8,500 for qualified social workers moving to Hampshire.
