Join Hampshire County Council as a Social Work Innovator

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Social Worker to join our team in Hampshire, where you will have the opportunity to practice in one of the country's top-performing children's social care authorities.

As a Social Work Innovator, you will be responsible for developing and implementing new approaches to working with children and families. You will work closely with colleagues and partners to identify areas for improvement and develop innovative solutions.

The estimated salary for this role is £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our generous benefits package includes 9 day working fortnight, annual leave starting from 25 days per annum, and personal development days.
