Hampshire County Council is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Social Work Professional to join their team. As a key member of the management structure, you will be responsible for leading a vital service dedicated to providing quality support to adults in our community.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience managing complex cases, supervising others, and acting as a senior decision maker. They will also possess excellent problem-solving and risk assessment skills, as well as strong communication and relationship management skills.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Social Work Professional to take on a leadership role and make a real difference in the lives of vulnerable adults. The estimated salary for this position is £58,000-£62,000 per annum, depending on experience.

You will also have the opportunity to work towards completing your AMHP training and become eligible for a market supplement of up to £2,500 per annum. In addition, Hampshire County Council offers a range of benefits, including continuous learning opportunities and supportive supervision.
