Job Opportunity: Transformative Child Protection Role
Hampshire County Council is embarking on a new phase of development, launching our Family Help model to provide tailored support to families in their local area.
We are seeking experienced Social Workers to join us as Child Protection Lead Practitioners, leveraging their expertise gained from at least five years' experience to shape our approach and support a Family Help team.
The Role:
- Manage a diverse caseload of complex child protection cases, ensuring the appropriate interventions and support are provided.
- Provide expert guidance and support to colleagues, contributing to their professional development and the overall effectiveness of the team.
- Collaborate with external partners to coordinate comprehensive support for families.
- Chair meetings and engage confidently with stakeholders to advocate for children's needs.
- Be part of a cohort of Child Protection Lead Practitioners supported by a strategic lead.
