We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Peer Mentor to join our team at Change Grow Live. As a Peer Mentor, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals struggling with substance misuse, helping them to manage their dependencies and access the support they need to move towards employment.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will have lived experience of substance misuse and recovery, as well as strong written, verbal, and IT skills. You will be able to build relationships with empathy and a non-judgmental approach, and have the confidence to work both independently and as part of a team.
