Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and efficient service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly
  • Work collaboratively with the front desk team to ensure a smooth and organized operation
  • Assist with breakfast preparation, bar service, and setting up and clearing of meeting rooms
  • Develop a strong understanding of hotel operations, including guest services, food and beverage, and housekeeping
  • Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in hospitality
  • A can-do attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt
