Role Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Health and Wellbeing Coach to join our team at Thrive Tribe. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering a unique and effective weight loss programme for men, promoting healthy habits and lifestyles, and providing ongoing support and guidance to participants.

Key Responsibilities
  • To develop and deliver engaging and interactive workshops and sessions that promote healthy habits and lifestyles.
  • To motivate and guide participants towards achieving their weight loss goals, addressing any challenges or concerns they may have.
  • To maintain accurate records and data related to participant progress and outcomes.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A degree-level qualification in a relevant field (e.g. health and wellbeing, psychology, sports science).
  • Experience in delivering weight loss programmes or similar initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with participants and colleagues alike.

Location and Working Hours

This role is based weekly at St Catherine's Academy, Preston, PR1 4LX. The working hours are Thursday evenings, 19:30 – 22:00.
