Lancashire County Council is seeking a skilled Care Coordinator to join our Adult Services Mental Health Team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Team Manager with complaint handling, recruitment, supervision, and delivering Best Practice sessions to their team to promote continued development.

This fast-paced role involves working with adults who require statutory interventions, undertaking complex assessments, commissioning care, undertaking duty tasks, and working as part of the wider multi-disciplinary team with a focus on collaboration and co-production.

Our annual salary for this role is approximately £38,223 - £43,421.
