Main Responsibilities:
  • Prioritize and accurately input orders and schedule deliveries, ensuring timely and effective support to customers via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Proactively resolve customer queries and concerns, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and provide tailored solutions.
  • Organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to multitask, utilizing proficiency in IT systems, including MS Office and in-house software (training provided).
