About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Key Holder to join our team at Estee Lauder Companies. As a Key Holder, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in maintaining a high level of customer service and sales performance.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a passion for people, our company, and our products.
  • Use your coaching and mentoring skills to develop and motivate team members to achieve sales and customer service targets.
  • Ensure accurate cash reconciliation and maintain a secure store environment.
  • Participate in opening and closing store duties, including setting up and closing the store.

About You:

  • You will have previous retail operations experience, including cash reconciliation and opening and closing the store.
  • Previous supervisory experience, including coaching and mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets.
  • A passion for people, our company, and our products.
  • An approachable and friendly personality.
  • Confidence in speaking to customers and understanding their needs.
  • Flexible availability across days and hours.
