Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in maintaining a high level of customer service and sales performance.
- Lead by example, demonstrating a passion for people, our company, and our products.
- Use your coaching and mentoring skills to develop and motivate team members to achieve sales and customer service targets.
- Ensure accurate cash reconciliation and maintain a secure store environment.
- Participate in opening and closing store duties, including setting up and closing the store.
