We are seeking a Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring the smooth operation of the store.
This role involves providing inspirational customer service, coaching and mentoring team members, and carrying out essential start and end of day cash reconciliation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a unique in-store experience for each customer.
- Lead by example and use outstanding coaching and mentoring skills to support team members in achieving sales and customer service targets.
- Carry out essential start and end of day cash reconciliation and have responsibility for opening and closing the store on a rota basis.
- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring the smooth operation of the store.
