This role involves providing inspirational customer service, coaching and mentoring team members, and carrying out essential start and end of day cash reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and create a unique in-store experience for each customer.
  • Lead by example and use outstanding coaching and mentoring skills to support team members in achieving sales and customer service targets.
  • Carry out essential start and end of day cash reconciliation and have responsibility for opening and closing the store on a rota basis.
  • Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring the smooth operation of the store.
