We are seeking an exceptional Retail Assistant to join our dynamic team at Nike Birmingham One Stop. As a key member of our retail team, you will play a vital role in delivering world-class service to our consumers and driving sales growth.

About the Role:

In this exciting opportunity, you will be responsible for providing premium brand experiences to our customers, assisting with training new employees, and supporting various store departments. You will also have the chance to develop your skills and knowledge through our tools and training courses, staying up-to-date on sales trends, NIKE products, services, and culture.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service and product knowledge to drive sales growth
  • Assisting retail leads and floor managers in training new employees
  • Supporting various store departments, including operating cash registers, managing incoming and outgoing goods, refilling products on shopfloor, and building visual displays
  • Using your knowledge of digital devices to create a seamless experience between online and offline sales or services in the store
  • Informing consumers and new teammates about NIKE products and services
  • Improving your own knowledge via our tools and training courses to stay up-to-date and seek insights on sales trends, NIKE products, services, and culture
