Responsibilities
- Provide person-centered care and support to clients, focusing on their unique needs and preferences
- Develop strong relationships with clients, families, and colleagues, ensuring excellent communication and teamwork
- Maintain accurate records and reports, contributing to continuous quality improvement
Requirements
- Hold a full clean driving license
- Available for alternate weekends
- Shifts available: 07:00am-14:30pm and 14:30pm-22:00pm
