The Riverside Group is a leading provider of supported accommodation services, and we are committed to making a positive difference in the lives of our customers. We are currently seeking a Care Assistant - Supported Accommodation to join our team in High Wycombe.

About the Role:
This is a medium-high risk supported accommodation service for vulnerable customers aged 18-55 who have experienced homelessness and may have complex needs such as substance misuse, mental health, and offending history. As a Care Assistant - Supported Accommodation, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our customers, providing them with the support they need to achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-to-one support to customers, helping them to develop life skills and achieve their goals
- Work collaboratively with other members of the team to deliver high-quality support and services
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including incident logs and customer progress

Requirements:
- Experience of working in a care or support setting, preferably with vulnerable adults
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel, and willingness to learn specific IT systems used within Care and Support

Salary: £24,627 per annum
