About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Tunbridge Wells Care Centre. As a Care Assistant, you will contribute to delivering exceptional care services to our residents.

The ideal candidate will possess a caring personality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends. While prior experience in the healthcare sector is beneficial, we also welcome applications from individuals new to the industry.

The salary for this position is £12.00 - £12.43 per hour, depending on experience. We provide comprehensive training, enabling our staff to excel in their roles and progress within the company.
