Care Support Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Care Support Assistant to join our team in Tunbridge Wells. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a vital role in enabling individuals with physical, mental, and behavioral support needs to live fulfilling lives.
About The RoleThis full-time/part-time position involves providing support with daily living activities, including community engagement, personal care, and financial management. You will work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the highest standard of care and support is provided to our service users.
Requirements- A Full UK Manual or Automatic Driving License required and must be willing to drive onsite Service Vehicle.
- Experience within similar roles specifically supporting autism & challenging behavior.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
