Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? Brook Street has a fantastic opportunity for an Administrative Support Officer to join HM Courts & Tribunals Service in Stoke on Trent. As a Court Administration Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of the courts.

The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up court rooms, collating files and papers, giving directions to court rooms, and recording outcomes. With strong face-to-face customer service experience, you will be able to handle interactions with people from all walks of life. Your ability to work efficiently and effectively will be crucial in this role.

With a competitive salary of £11.44 per hour, paid weekly, you will be rewarded for your hard work and dedication. This is a full-time position, 37 hours a week, Monday to Friday, with a good chance of being extended. The role is based in Stoke on Trent city centre, with no hybrid or work-from-home opportunities due to the nature of the position.

In addition to your excellent communication skills, you will also need to undergo an enhanced DBS check (free of charge) as part of the recruitment process.
