Administrative Support Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at University Hospitals of North Midlands NHS Trust. As a key member of our department, you will provide administrative support to the medical secretary co-ordinator, while also working on the PICANET project. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the medical secretary co-ordinator
  • Work on the PICANET project
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Requirements:
  • Good general education to include GCSE English or equivalent
  • Experience in a secretarial or administrative role
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Package
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Able to use own initiative

Estimated Salary: £22,000 - £28,000 per annum
