About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Manager to join our team at CV Library. As a key member of our construction division, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality residential projects from foundation to handover.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage construction teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and budgets.
  • Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor and control costs, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints.
  • Conduct site visits to inspect progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the residential construction sector.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Ongoing professional development and training in construction management practices and industry regulations.
