Job Title: Senior Social Media Manager

Salary: £50,000 per year

Location: South West London - Hybrid

Job Description:

We are looking for a strategic and creative Senior Social Media Manager to join our in-house design team based in south west London. As a Senior Social Media Manager, you will own the social media and communications strategy and be responsible for driving our brand's global social media presence across all platforms.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing a global social media strategy that aligns with our brand's vision and goals.
  • Creating high-quality engaging content for our various platforms, ensuring all content aligns with our brand guidelines and tone of voice.
  • Managing end-to-end campaigns, from planning to post-campaign analysis.
  • Building a community for our internal and external global platforms, engaging directly with followers, responding to messages and comments.
  • Analyzing social media metrics against key objectives, reporting on campaign performance, and using data to inform future campaigns.
  • Developing and managing the content calendar to ensure a consistent posting schedule.
  • Collaborating with and managing relationships with influencers to amplify our brand reach and engagement.
  • Activating global events and exhibitions.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years experience in a social media or communications role.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Demonstrable experience managing campaigns end-to-end (paid and organic).
  • Experience performing social media analytics and social listening tools.
  • Knowledge of creative tools (Canva, Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Knowledge of Paid Social platforms (Google ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
  • Budget management experience.
