Richmond, Greater London, United Kingdom RX Global Full time

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Analytics Developer to join our Insight & Analytics team at RX Global.

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to drive strategy and performance across all areas of business, working closely with senior business leaders and global stakeholders.

The role is not typical, as you will use a combination of technical and consulting skills to manage your own analytics projects from initial scoping to implementation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading end-to-end analytics delivery, including defining the problem and project timescales with stakeholders, identifying and sourcing data, using advanced analytics to gain relevant insights, preparing effective presentation material, and collaborating with Business Unit teams in implementation, measurement, and review.
  • Defining, documenting, communicating, and demonstrating best practices, such as building a network across the group, creating content based on analytics innovations, publishing reports and sharing case studies, organizing and running analytics workshops and events, and sharing project work learnings with leaders and teams.
  • Personal development, ad-hoc guidance for leaders and teams, external input, contributing to workshops to help tackle key strategic challenges, actively seeking and communicating insights and ideas from outside the exhibitions industry, transferring skills and capabilities to colleagues, and continuously developing your own skill set and capability.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience practicing advanced analytics and working with data, ideally in large corporate environments.
  • Data visualization tools (Power BI preferred but not essential).
  • Analytics programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R).
  • Analytics modelling techniques (e.g., linear / logistic regression, clustering, classification modelling).
  • Generating insights from data.
  • Thinking strategically and tactically – seeing the big picture and operational details.
  • Communicating and presenting, both written and oral.
  • Use of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Nice to have expertise in project management, AWS, functional experience, primary research techniques, and more.

We offer a competitive salary of around $120,000 per year, plus benefits such as a generous holiday allowance, health screening, wellbeing programs, life assurance, access to a contributory pension scheme, and more.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in advanced analytics, data science, and business acumen, while making a significant impact on the success of our organisation.
