Pastoral Tutor Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pastoral Tutor to join our team at Kingston College.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Track and monitor the progress of our Further Education learners
  • Conduct 1:1 meetings with learners and deliver College group tutorial programmes
  • Liaise with staff and parents/guardians regarding learner progress and signpost learners to wider support as needed
  • Support a caseload of students as part of the College Safeguarding team

Requirements:

  • Experience delivering student workshops or tutorials to a diverse range of students
  • Supporting student progress on a 1:1 basis
  • Experience in youth and community work and a clear understanding of student needs
