Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Representative to join our team at Glen Callum Associates. As an Inside Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving new business development and managing existing accounts primarily via telephone.

About the Role:

  • This role involves working closely with the Sales Director to create and execute targeted sales campaigns.
  • You will research new sales leads and initiate contact via telephone.
  • A proven background in either Chemicals, Lubricants, Additives, Industrial, Engineering, Manufacturing, Oils, or Coatings is advantageous.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales expertise in a B2B environment, selling products rather than services is preferred.
  • A strong understanding of the chemical industry and its various sectors would be beneficial.

What We Offer:

  • Salary: Up to £50,000 (OTE), with a basic salary range of £32,000 - £38,000.
  • 25 days holiday per annum, plus UK bank holidays and your birthday.
