Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Foodservice Brand Manager to join our team at McCormick & Company. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for driving profitable brand growth and developing innovative marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Brand Management: Develop and execute comprehensive brand plans to drive growth and increase market share.
  • Marketing Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the foodservice market.
  • Product Development: Work closely with product development teams to launch new products and services that meet customer needs and drive business growth.
  • Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, including wholesalers, distributors, and restaurants, to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Marketing Communications: Create and implement effective marketing communications plans to promote brand awareness and drive sales.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, product development, and customer service teams, to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing strategies.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in brand management, marketing, or a related field, preferably in the foodservice or FMCG industry.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand market trends and consumer behavior. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Tools and Technologies: Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Experience with marketing automation tools and social media platforms is a plus.
